Today, coaches have access to AI like ChatGPT that can produce hundreds of ad copies and headlines in SECONDS.
Obviously, that’s going to be a great help when it comes to marketing your webinars.
But is any of that AI-made content going to transform your coaching business into 7 or 8 figure success stories?
The short answer is: no… because everyone is doing it.
The long answer is: no… because you need something else too.
And that something else was what helped one of our new clients go from 3x ROAS to a whopping 8x ROAS on the first webinar we helped him market!
(And in the process, helping him get six figures in sales!)
Today, I’m going to break down the 5 specific things we did to help our client achieve that.
You’ll discover:
- What data to look at to differentiate between what’s working – and what’s trash
- How to create an EFFECTIVE sales funnel for your webinars
- How to turn your landing page from generic… to irresistibly SEXY to your clients
- Why it’s important to keep refreshing your ads

How We Helped Our Client Achieve 8x ROAS:
OR
In this episode, we’ll break down how we helped a new client go from 3x ROAS to an impressive 8x ROAS on his first webinar working with us. Here are the five key strategies we used to achieve this success.
1. Dive Deep into Past Data
The first step we took was to thoroughly analyze our client’s past data to identify which ads and videos were generating the best returns. We didn’t need to reinvent the wheel; instead, we tweaked the existing landing page copy and crafted a new headline based on what had already proven effective. Spending time digging into past data can reveal valuable insights and help refine your strategy.
2. Improve the Funnel
We identified two major improvements needed in the client’s funnel:
Enhance Messaging Frequency: We evaluated the existing emails, SMSs, and other messages. To improve show-up rates, we added more communications to build anticipation.
Streamline the Registration Process: Previously, the client required participants to fill out a Google form right before the webinar, which was cumbersome and confusing. We integrated the questionnaire into the initial sign-up process, promising a personalized report. This streamlined process led to 68% of sign-ups completing the questionnaire immediately and a 59% attendance rate for those who did.
3. Create a Unique Design Theme
The client’s previous design was generic and lacked a cohesive theme. We created a new design based on the client’s topic—metaphysics—using colors that symbolized trust and prestige: blue and gold. We also incorporated fonts, icons, and images consistent with this theme, making the client’s branding stand out and align with their message.
4. Revamp the Ad Messaging
After identifying a high-performing ad message, we rewrote it using different hooks to test multiple variations. For example, if the winning message was about manifesting desires in three minutes, we created variations like:
- “How this three-minute affirmation helps me attract more opportunities.”
- “The unknown technique that the super-rich use to manifest wealth.”
- “Why some people seem lucky while others don’t: the three-minute secret.”
We tested around 20 different headlines, quickly eliminating non-performers and doubling down on the best ones, significantly improving ad effectiveness.
5. Refresh the Creatives
With a tight deadline, we didn’t have time to shoot brand-new videos. Instead, we refreshed the existing winning video by creating new introductions for it. This approach helped prevent ad fatigue, where audiences get tired of seeing the same ad repeatedly. Additionally, we created new images for the ads that matched the ancient theme of the landing page, ensuring consistency and reducing the bounce rate.
Key Takeaways
Here are the five quick lessons from our success story:
- Utilize Your Data: Always analyze past data to inform your marketing decisions.
- Optimize Your Funnel: Streamline processes and improve messaging frequency to build anticipation and commitment.
- Design Cohesively: Create a specific design theme that aligns with your message and stands out from the competition.
- Test Headlines: Experiment with multiple headlines to quickly find the most effective ones.
- Refresh Creatives: Regularly update your ads to prevent audience fatigue and maintain engagement.
By implementing these strategies, we helped our client achieve an impressive 8x ROAS on his first webinar with us. Stay tuned for our next episode, where we’ll dive into another successful marketing campaign that led to multiple six-figure sales for a new client. See you then!
