In this episode, I want to show you how we helped a client to consistently 3x or more his webinars, over a long period of time. Now. Here’s the thing. A lot of people will show you case studies like a one-off thing where they maybe even just show a one webinar thing when they got, you know, fantastic results. But to do it consistently over time, now that’s a different story. And that’s why I want to show you this case study. And I want to show you some of the strategies we use to help this clients consistently get 3x or more from his webinars. All right. So let me quickly just show you the webpage so this again,  is in a metaphysical space, which  is a very competitive space for those of you who know. And it’s very hard for most people in this space to actually make profits from webinars, but yet this client has managed to do it consistently over almost a period of a year.Okay. So I will basically reveal how we did it.

And so you can look at even some of the ads that actually helped him to achieve this result. All right. So let’s quickly pop over so I can show you some of the figures, that you know, that I’m not making this up. Right? So yeah, this is the recording of our actual cost per lead for the client, which I want to quickly show you first. Okay. So here you can see we started in November last year, but for this year in February, we got $116, right? Which was roughly the same cost per lead as per the previous agency. And then we improved that to $89 per lead, $68 per lead to $75. And now it’s gone back a little bit back up to $90 per lead, but it’s still much better than the previous agency. And let’s take a quick look at the return on that spend. Right?

So return on that spend here is, February wasn’t that great. But then at 1.5, then we went 2.2, 4.8, which is great. Maybe we had a bit of a dip and a back up to at 1.6, then in June, went up back up to the 3 and then 2.7 and 2.24. Now, the thing with this ROAS is just upfront collections. It’s not taking into count first of all the customer lifetime value. And secondly, it does not take into account the next installment payments that the client will be making or rather the client’s customers will be making. Cause some of them might go on a three pay four pay plan or whatever it is. Right? So the actual ROAS is actually going to be higher when they fully collect all the monies that outstanding. Right. And of course, if you’ve taken into account the customer lifetime value, that’s even more.

All right, so let’s take a look at what kind of ads actually worked. I’m just gonna look at the top two on Facebook and the top two on YouTube and showed them to you. So on Facebook, we had one ad that is like, yeah 9.64 ROAS, right? That’s pretty fantastic. And I think we just started running this ad in July, which is why we don’t have figures for previously. But it’s generated two sales. I mean, it might be like just a fluke or whatever, but,it’s showing very positive initial signs, right? Then we have V5 here, which is basically a 3.2 ROAS ad on average. And it’s gone up to 4.3 before. So it’s a pretty good performing ad that we’ve used in these campaigns and these campaigns, and as you can see, the CPL is pretty good, like $88 and $68. That’s what I wanna show you.

So let’s take a quick look at those ads. First of all,  this is Ad 16, which is really just a video ad and it says ‘How I went from having bad luck to manifesting a seven figure business, my dream home, and an amazing relationship.’ I know that sounds really amazing, but it’s the truth, right? This is what the client actually went through and actually turned his life around using this metaphysical technique. The secondary hook, secondary headline, the text continues… have you ever wondered why some people get lucky all the time while others seem to fail constantly? My free event will answer that question. I mean, by studying the customer avatar, and I know all of us have like friends or family that seemed to be so lucky. Every decision they make in their lives, they seem to like, get the right partner in life. Great relationships. Great kids and great income. Keep climbing the corporate ladder and keep getting promoted or in business, they just keep booming. It’s like as if they got all the luck in the world, right? Whereas the rest of us are like striving and fighting the elements every single day just to get ahead, right? Now. This basically is speaking to that avatar. Right? It’s like, we basically tell the life story of the coach. So we actually told people the life story of the coach how he was like actually really broke and then basically, yeah, got swindled off his money in his previous business and so on. And became super successful using this metaphysical method. Okay. So that’s one of the ads that got fantastic ROAS. Obviously I won’t dig fully into it. Alright? But I just want to give you a brief idea for what we actually wrote.

And this one, this second ad that was also super successful was basically, ‘When was the last time you were so lucky that things always worked out in your life and business?’ And most people, the answer to that will be,Oh yeah, I remember back when I was like 25, this happened to me. Right. And then that’s basically what the promise is, that ‘Hey, you can have that luck again.’ Once again, this one is a long form ad where we talk about, you know, we go through the whole formula where we hook people and we basically explain about luck. Like, cause luck is quite a mysterious thing. And how can you actually get lucky? Right. So, we explain how we actually create luck and it’s basically about how this manifestation method can actually help entrepreneurs and basically, anyone with an income and a pulse to actually improve the lives. Right. But what were you really want to target in this case are entrepreneurs and high income earners. Okay. So we talk about the benefits of the event and how this can actually help them. Like how to attract opportunities and good luck. How to anticipate problems. And how to make the right decisions, how to gain inner peace, and become magnetic to the right people. And then we throw in there a bit of a scarcity thing with ‘free for the first 75 people.’ So in this video, once again talks about luck, because we know that this actually sells. And it’s s a video showing you how you can be lucky. So it’s congruent with the message in the texts. Okay. So this was the second ad that actually worked really well.

Let’s have a quick look at the YouTube ads that we ran. Okay. So V2, we’re getting leads at 50 bucks. Okay. And we got a return on ad spend of 8x, so that’s pretty phenomenal, right? Yeah. At one point, it was even 10x. And then we have the other one, which, I think is V5 here, which has given us an overall of 3.26 return on ad spend. Right. So V2 just quickly, it’s really a testimonial ad. Showing this entrepreneur how he basically lost a lot during Covid. And didn’t know what to do, joined this guy’s masterclass. And then through that in the end, he manifested multiple projects for his IT company. It’s a testimonial ad because once again, these kinds of things, metaphysical things is kind of really hard for people to say, ‘Oh, this has really worked,’ you know, cause there’s so much crap and mumbo jumbo out there that you really have to be careful what you sign up for. Right? And people are generally skeptical about these kinds of things. So having a testimonial from a real person there in front of his car. It’s pretty effective in this case.

And then we have ad 5, which is the other good ROAS it’s like, okay, ‘Have you wonder why some people have things their way and some people don’t. And how that lucky person can never lose which is basically the same one as the Facebook ad. So we reuse the Facebook ad in YouTube And it’s still works quite well. Okay. So, going through the whole video, it’s like how you win with luck all the time. How can you create luck in your life and in your business. And then we explain the background of what this type of manifestation is, and the benefits of it. And yeah, basically this is a video that was based on the Facebook ad. And it’s performed really well as you can see. Okay. So, I just want to show you this quickly because, for a long time we haven’t actually shown any case studies.

We keep forgetting about showing case studies of what we actually do that has been working. What I want to share with you, is that winning consistently with ads, as you can see, we actually use a lot of ads, even when we think we have a good ad, right? It’s like we actually have more ads. To come up with each ad, we probably tested seven or eight different ads before we came up with an ad 16. So we put that in the sandbox, test it out first, make sure it works before we migrate it to the main campaign. And the other thing is once you find a good message that works like, in this example, is Luck, then ride on it. Present that core message in different ways, because as you can see, it’s given us the most return on ad spend, right? How to get lucky. It’s given us the best return on that spend. Across the board. So I just want to share these with you and I hope you got other lessons from just going through this case study with me and I hope you can apply this into your business and get better results for your webinars or in any other aspects of your business, whether it’s lead gen as well.
